- Negotiating & specifying Project scope, using UML, IDEF0, FAST diagrams and Value engineering to lay down project specs,
- Defining work packages and responsibilities with the Work Breakdown Structure and the Responsibility assignment matrix,
- Planning using the project using the PERT and Gantt diagrams, with an understanding of critical path scheduling,
- Budgeting and understanding the Global design of a project,
- Controlling and monitoring project execution
